i want to change and for that i need to reflect change happens in small steps, one of the steps I'm taking is to write down what i feel. both on here and in my own personal notes. with change also comes new music, creating new playlists helps me in these kinda situations. what i want: - be healthy - be slimmer - be smarter - feel like myself how will i achieve this: - stop bedrotting - sleep at normal times - start working out again - read more / study again what's stopping me: - meds i have to deal with adhd and autism on a daily basis. which is far from some silly quirk. it does not allow me to focus. i am currently waiting for meds that should help me with this. - creating new habits starting is easy, keeping up isn't. i need to find a way to keep going, how i'll do this is something i don't know yet. might write more later, see ya playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/13umXfKs5tCXmv8HoX7ol9?si=0ac1a5c8df7c4e27
